Minority students who do not qualify Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) will not get fee reimbursement, informed State Minorities Commission (SMC).
When SMC enquired about fee reimbursement rules, TSEAMCET convener replied that EAMCET unqualified minority students will not get fee reimbursement.
He also clarified about two points related to fee reimbursement:
- The students who have been admitted into professional courses in the earlier years under the leftover seats and who were not qualified in EAMCET, are not eligible for fee reimbursement.
- Students who are seeking admissions in the academic year 2015-16, admitted through SW1, under leftover seats are not eligible for fee reimbursement.
