Kishan Reddy condemns Akbar Owaisi’s remarks

Hyderabad: BJP floor leader in Telangana Legislative Assembly G. Kishan Reddy has strongly condemned the alleged remarks made by MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi against the law making bodies.

“As reported in media, AIMIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi’s baseless allegations that the Parliament and state assemblies pass laws against Muslims are evidential of his distrust in the machinery of Indian democracy. Such anti-national remarks are an abject stunt at inciting communal clashes for political leverage,” Kishan Reddy said in a statement on Tuesday.

Kishan Reddy said that this was not the first time that Akbaruddin Owaisi was making derogatory comments and spreading hate speeches as several court cases pending against him. “By demeaning the authenticity of the legislature in this country a privilege motion should be passed against him in the Telangana state assembly.

He is an unstable and insanely sick political figure who should be immediately arrested for making anti-national comments and advocating hate. Banking on communal differences has now become a norm at AIMIM and the party should be banned from contesting in elections before it gets its act together,” he said. (INN)
