Jagadish Reddy warns Congress against obstructing land survey

Hyderabad: Energy Minister Jagadish Reddy has warned the Congress party against creating obstacles in the land survey being conducted by the Telangana Government.

Speaking to media persons here on Thursday, Jagadish Reddy said that people would teach Congress party a fitting lesson if it creates obstacles in land survey.

He said that the survey was aimed at ensuring extension of financial support to all farmers. He said this would also prevent several irregularities.

He condemned the Congress party for critising the survey and said that the main opposition was trying to extract political benefit from everything.

Reacting to TPCC President N. Uttam Kumar Reddy’s criticism on Agricultural Leadership Award to Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, the minister said that the Congress chief has no idea about farming and therefore, he has no right to comment on the issue. (INN)
