Hyderabad: The Standing Committee of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), which met here on Thursday, has passed 18 resolutions giving sanction to developmental works worth Rs. 13,150 crore.
The works approved by the Standing Committee includes hiring of 51 IT Consultants for 30 Circles Offices to implement corporation’s online initiatives. It also approved other works including construction of a football stadium in the city.
The meeting, presided by GHMC Mayor Bonthu Rammohan, was attended by 11 out of 15 members of Standing Committee. They include S. Swapna, K. Vithal Reddy, N. Narasimha Yadav, M. Rajender Yadav, Abdul Samad Bin Abdat, Jagadeshwar, Bangaru Prakash, Mohammed Muzaffer Hussain, Mohammed Majid Hussain and Vijaya Lakshmi. (INN)
