Hyderabad: A State Level Meeting with the representatives of recognized political parties was convened by Telangana Chief Electoral Officer Dr. Rajat Kumar here on Wednesday.
The Chief Electoral Officer informed about the Schedule of Pre-Revision and Revision Activities for the SSR-2019 to the representatives of political parties. It was informed that door to door enumeration will be done throughout the state till June 30th.
The representatives of political parties were requested to actively participate in the enumeration exercise. They were also requested to appoint Booth Level Agents (BLAs) for each polling station and instruct BLAs to monitor the process carefully so that clean electoral rolls can be prepared.
Rajat Kumar emphasized that good election can be conducted when the electoral roll are accurate. All political parties agreed to extend full co-operation. (INN)
