Hyderabad: Chief Electoral Officer of Telangana State Dr Rajat Kumar has asked all the District Collectors and District Election Officers and the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, to make all polling stations in the State tobacco-free.
The CEO instructed them here on Wednesday to ensure that the polling stations in their respective jurisdictions were made free from tobacco.
They have been asked to paste “No-Smoking area” stickers already supplied, inside the booth as well as outside. (INN)
