British Commission officials laud TMREIS schools

Hyderabad: Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society (TMREIS) President A.K. Khan informed that Sophie Rose, Deputy Head of Political & Bilateral Affairs, British High Commission, New Delhi, has visited TMR School Bahadurpura Girls – 2, situated at Nawabsab Kunta, Hyderabad on Thursday.

Sophie Rose was very much impressed with the performance of school and expressed her willingness to have lunch with the students.

While complementing the officials, teachers and students of TMREIS, she commented, “This is an amazing model of school providing high quality education to low income girls from minority community. May it continue to flourish.”

She expressed her satisfaction that Muslim Girls, coming from downtrodden families are bestowed with best of opportunities, both in learning and living. She has lauded the quality of education and hostel facilities extended to the students of TMREIS.

She has also appreciated the Principal and teachers for their role for all round development of TMREIS students, which is a rare sight in Government Schools. (INN)
