Hyderabad, INN: Protesting against the provisional allocation of High Court judges to subordinate courts in AP and TS, judges from Telangana put their resignations en-mass here on Sunday.
The judges handed over their resignation letters to Judges federation chief and later organized a rally to Raj Bhavan.
The delegation of judicial officials petitioned Governor ESL Narsimhan saying that injustice was meted out to them in the primary allocation of subordiante courts. The appealed the Governor to look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.
On Saturday TRS MP, B. Vinod Kumar had led a delegation of advocates to Law Minister A. Indrakaran Reddy to represent against the provisional allocation by High Court judges to subordinate courts in two states.
