Hyderabad: As many as 38 intermediate second year students were booked for malpractice during the conduct of Physics Paper II and Economics Paper-II by the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education across Telangana State on Monday.
Of 38 cases of malpractice, 14 were booked in Nizamabad, 11 in Suryapet, three each in Warangal Rural and Nalgonda and one each in Karimnagar, Sanga Reddy and Hyderabad districts.
Of 435,305 registered candidates, as many as 417,952 appeared for the exams while 17,353 or 3.98 % abstained. (INN)
