Hyderabad: Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA), which was formed to provide a platform for IT employees in Telangana in 2013, has completed nine years of its official launch. The Association which is now the largest body of IT employees and professionals has announced the launch of its decennial celebration which will begin at THub on September 30.
Principal Secretary of the Dept of Industries, Govt of Telangana Jayesh Ranjan, who is also the Chairman of the Advisory Committee to TITA, launched the logo of the decennial celebrations in Hyderabad on Friday. TS Chief Innovation Officer Shanta Tautam, TITA Global President Sundeep Kumar Makthala were among the dignitaries who launched the logo of the TITA decennial celebrations. Principal Secretary Jayesh Ranjan wished that the TITA carry out its innovative work in the coming days.
Telangana IT and Industries Minister K.T Rama Rao congratulated the Telangana Information Technology Association on its completion of nine years. In a Tweet, the Minister said, “Congratulations Sundeep and Team TITA”. TITA chief Sundeep Makthala thanked Minister KT Rama Rao for extending wishes to TITA on its completion of nine years. Minister KTR who spearheaded a revolution in the IT sector in Telangana, continues to remain an inspiration for TITA. We will work with renewed energy and focus in various sectors to ensure the fruit of good governance reaches the common people, Makthala remarked.
Speaking at the event, TITA Global President Sundeep Makthala said that the Association which provided a common platform for the IT professional from Telangana during the statehood movement completed its nine years of glorious work. He said that the Association will mark the launch of its decennial celebrations with the inaugural programme to be held at THub on September 30.
The daylong event will feature Bathukamma celebrations, Award Ceremony where, Free Health Camp for IT professionals, a blood donation camp, free insurance camp, among other events. Sundeep said that the inaugural event on September 30 will witness dignitaries from across the country as well as from off-shores attending various sessions.
