Congress asks KCR to mend style of governance

Hyderabad: Deputy CLP leader T. Jeevan Reddy slammed Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao accusing him of behaving like the CM of Medak district alone and not as the CM of Telangana State.

Jeevan Reddy alleged that the TRS Government was only publicizing that it was taking up various projects but has not completed yet many other pending projects.

He urged the Chief Minister to complete those projects before taking up new projects. He wondered as to why the State Government was not mending its style of functioning despite reprimands by the High Court on various policies of the state government.

He advised KCR against taking anti-people decisions and warned that he would end up facing the wrath of the people. KCR should mend his style of functioning else people would teach him a befitting lesson, he said.

Former Karimnagar MP Ponnam Prabhakar said that Mission Bhagiratha which the Prime Minister would launch on Sunday was actually Congress project. He demanded the Chief Minister to pressurise the Centre for fulfilling all the promises made with the Telangana State in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014. (INN)
