Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao extended a warm welcome to President Draupadi Murmu who reached Begumpet Airport on Friday evening. The President was honoured with a shawl and a bouquet. Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan and Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy also welcomed the President.
Along with CM KCR, Ministers Mahmood Ali, Sabita Indra Reddy, Satyavathy Rathore, Ch Mallareddy, Thalsani Srinivas Yadav, GHMC Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi, MPs Santosh Kumar, Venkatesh Neta, MLCs Madhusudanachari, Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, Chief Secretary to the Government Shanti Kumari, DGP Anjani Kumar and many others were also among the state dignitaries who welcomed the President.President Draupadi reached the Raj Bhavan directly from Airport. She will attend the Combined Graduation Parade at the Air Force Academy, Dundigal on Saturday morning as the Reviewing Officer. After the parade, she will head back to Delhi. (INN)
