Hyderabad: International Yoga Day was celebrated across the state, with various events and programs organized to promote the practice of Yoga.
Health Minister T. Harish Rao actively participated in the celebrations held in Siddipet. In the Lingampet mandal centre of Kamareddy district, KGBV students showcased their yoga skills at the 500-year-old historical Naganna Metlabavi. Venkatesh Dhotre and SP Srinivas Reddy were also present at the event.
Tourism Minister V. Srinivas Goud participated in the Yoga Day celebrations held at the district centre in Mahabubnagar. The historic Ramappa Temple in the Mulugu district served as the venue for another significant event commemorating International Yoga Day. In Peddapalli town, a ceremony was organized with the participation of numerous lawyers and public representatives. (INN)
