Hyderabad: A large number of leaders and activists from Sangareddy district joined the BRS party in the presence of Health Minister Harish Rao at Telangana Bhavan in Hyderabad on Wednesday.
Minister Harish Rao welcomed the new entrants to the party and said that they would be given due respect and protection. He said that the BRS party is a party that gives importance to the development and welfare of the people.
He also said that the BRS party is going to score a hat-trick in the next election. He called on the new entrants to work hard to strengthen the party and ensure its victory in the next election.
The new entrants included representatives of Sangareddy District Zaheerabad Constituency and leaders of other parties including Congress.
MLA Manik Rao, DCMS Chairman Sivakumar, Gundappa, Umakant Patil, Vijay Kumar and other leaders and activists participated in the program. (INN)
