Hyderabad: BRS president and former Telangana chief minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has appealed to the public to refrain from visiting him at Yashodha Hospital in Somajiguda while he recovers from hip surgery.
In a video message released Tuesday, KCR expressed concern that the large crowds gathering at the hospital were causing inconvenience for other patients and potentially exposing him to infection.
While deeply touched by the outpouring of public concern, KCR urged well-wishers to postpone their visits for the next ten days. He explained that the influx of visitors was creating traffic congestion and logistical challenges for the hospital staff. He assured everyone that he was on track for a speedy recovery and would be happy to meet with them soon enough.”I wholeheartedly thank everyone who has expressed concern for my health,” KCR said in the video message. “However, I kindly request you to please hold off on visiting me at the hospital for the next few days. Your presence, while well-intended, is creating difficulties for other patients and could potentially impact my recovery. (INN)
