Hyderabad: Minister for Animal Husbandry Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Sunday said that the Telangana State has received adequate rains during the last week and exuded confidence that the farmers would benefit out of it.
Almost all the water bodies in the state are filled to the brim and this is a sign of good days for the farmers, the minister said. He informed that the state government was supplying fishes at free of cost that would be released in over 4,000 lakes across the State.
The State Government is aiming at Blue Revolution in the state and as part of this exercise, fishes are also being provided for free of cost for water bodies in villages also as per the directions of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao. (INN)
