Hyderabad: Deputy Mayor Baba Fasiuddin asked the GHMC officials to repair damaged roads, fill up pot holes and to take up fogging operations all along the en-route Bibi –Ka Alam procession on the 10th day of Moharrum falling on 12th October.
The Deputy Mayor, along with Zonal Commissioner Raghu Prasad, visited old city and inspected the route of Bibi-ka Alam procession.
He asked the officials to deploy special teams to take up sanitation all along the route and also in by lanes. Further, he asked them to take up road repair works, fogging operations and check the lighting system.
MLAs Syed Ahmed Pasha Quadri and Muntaz Ahmed Khan, local Corporators, Deputy Commissioner Vijay Bhasker, AMOH Quadri and other senior officials were also present during inspection. (INN)
