Minorities can’t be left at the mercy of majority in a democracy, said Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH) in the inaugural session of All India Members Meet at Wadi-e-Huda, Pahadishareef on December 11, 2015.
Addressing a huge gathering of nearly 10,000 members of JIH sitting under a sprawling tent, Maulana Umri said about 80% of people in India believe Islam is not their religion, and many have sympathy towards Islam.
He further said it is the responsibility of Muslims to make them believe that Islam is for everyone from the Creator. He reminded JIH cadre that the goal of Ummah is establishment of deen, as it had been the goal of prophets.
In a rare occasion such as this four-day All India Members Meet, Maulana Umri advised that in order to achieve this goal, Muslims are required to have prophetic qualities: patience, morals & character, motivation & energy, sense of responsibility, etc.
Fresh spirit, motivation and strengthening relations among members of JIH are the objectives of the grand meeting, noted Maulana Umri.

Similarly, Majority cannot be blackmailed endlessly by the minorities citing various reasons.. it is becoming that way in India due to this secularism gang that seems to believe that secularism is “minority appeasement” and majority jaaye “bhaad mein”.
