Hyderabad: Union Labour and Employment Minister Bandaru Dattatreya said that the Centre is looking to create job opportunities to as many as 5 crore youth in the country by 2022.
Speaking at a job mela at Basheerbagh Law College here on Sunday, the Union Minister said that the Centre was creating opportunities in various sectors like textile and others.
Earlier at a press conference the Union minister said the Centre would soon amend the Wages Act to facilitate payment of salaries through bank account or cheques. This will put an end to exploitation of workers, the minister said. (INN)
