HYDERABAD: Hyderabad will have the privilege of hosting the biggest congregation of tent dealers and decorators when the 16thAll India Tent Decorators Welfare Association Conference, under the aegis of All India Tent Decorators Welfare Association (AITDWA), gets underway at the sprawling Princess Street Hall in Ramoji Film City (RFC) from 10 August to 13 the august and the main even at 10am on August 11, 2017 (Friday).
Telangana Tent Decorators Welfare Association is the State partner to the conference and Telangana Event Facilitator Association
The significance of the event, which will deliberate upon several issues pertaining to the events industry, is that approximately 1200 delegates will be coming from all over the country. At least 16 State Tent Association Presidents have already confirmed their participation in the 4 day-long event that is being powered by Helping 2 Hands, The AR Foundation.
The meeting will take stock of the industry across the nation and will discuss threadbare about remedial measures that can best address myriad problems confronting those into decoration and tent business as part of the larger events industry.
Efforts are forever on to make the industry ultra-modern and customer-friendly as it blends together several related business specializations.
A feature of the convention would be that several members will be setting up stalls that will showcase the latest trends as part of a wide-range of decorative materials that will be on exhibit.
The event will help members from all over to interact and understand the business modules that are more patronized. This is particularly important as this comes in the wake of the GST regime that has been set in motion.
After the day-long deliberations the National body will hope to give representations to the concerned authorities after taking due cognizance of the points raised by members from all parts of the country.

The 16th All India Tent Decorators Welfare Association Conference will be inaugurated by Janab Mahmood Ali, the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana State.
