Hyderabad: The Mining Engineers Association of India, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Telangana Government is jointly organizing “Mining Today 2018 International Conference-cum-exhibition” at Hitex Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad from February 14 to 17.
In this connection, a delegation of MEAI and FICCI met with Municipal Administration Minister K.Tarakarama Rao at Pragathi Bhavan and briefed him about the exhibition and the concept of mining.
This is the core sector that drives growth of an economy and acts for the growth of other core industries such power, steel, cement, aerospace, defence, oil and gas, aluminium, metallurgical, chemical, automotive, auto components etc, which in turn, are critical for overall development of any economy.
