TRS Govt has turned into an event organiser: BJP

Hyderabad: BJP floor leader G. Kishan Reddy on Tuesday alleged that the TRS Government in Telangana has turned into an events’ organiser.

Speaking to media persons here, Kishan Reddy said that instead of concentrating on problems being faced by the people and resolving them, State Government was focussing only on conducting various events to draw global publicity. He said that BJP’s Central Government has approved 2 lakh houses for Telangana.

However, the TRS Government was yet to take up the project. He demanded that the State Government furnish details of houses sanctioned and the status of their construction. He accused the State Government of diverting and misusing Central funds.

Kishan Reddy alleged that several medical colleges in Telangana might lose their recognition due to lack of basic infrastructural facilities due to the negligence of State Government.

He said all sections of the society, especially farmers and employees, were disappointed with TRS Government as it has failed to deliver the promises that it made with them. He said while farmers are being forced to commit suicide, employees are yet to get their PRC arrears.

Commenting on Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan, the BJP leader said Pawan should remain confined to films. He said Pawan Kalyan made a career in cinema due to his elder brother Chiranjeevi and now he wants to become a politician with the help of media

Kishan Reddy also informed that BJP National President Amit Shah would soon visit Telangana. He said Amit Shah would come to Telangana on the next day after participating in Karnataka elections campaign. He also said that the party’s executive committee would meet on February 14 to discuss further strategy. (INN)
