Seventy five skilled youth trained at Telangana Academy for Skill & Knowledge (TASK) received appointment letters from ITE&C secretary Dr. Jayesh Ranjan.
Dr. Ranjan handed over the appointment letters, which were issued by respective training partners at TASK office in Hyderabad.
Majority of the youth were from ITI/Polytechnic background that were trained and certified as part of the ESDM Scheme.
“Over 200 youngsters trained by TASK in the areas of computer hardware and maintenance, mobile handset repair, optical splicing, have secured employment,” the TASK informed.
Some of the companies that offered employment include Beam Telecom, Balaji Broadband, EdgeFx, Netway, Nova Automation Solutions, PlanMan, Resolute Electronics, and Zipper Dotcom.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Ranjan urged the students to be committed towards their work assigned and set an example for their juniors. He also encouraged them to focus on enhancing their skills.
While thanking the training partners for their collaboration on skilling the youth, TASK CEO Sujiv Nair shared that his team was excited about one specific moment when TASK was able to mobilize over 300 ESDM certified youth from Telangana for an immediate manpower requirement at Resolute Electronics in Ranga Reddy District.
“A special recruitment drive was conducted and 50+ youth secured offer letters from that company in a weeks’ time,” he informed.
Mr. Raminder Singh, MD Resolute Electronics expressed his appreciation to TASK for a professional experience all throughout the interactions and also being able to provide skilled manpower at short time.
Others present at the occasion were MD of Telangana State Minority Finance Corporation Mr. Shafiullah, Director Electronics Mr. Sujai Karampuri and other training partners affiliated to TASK.
