Hyderabad: Telangana State Urdu Academy Director Prof. S.A. Shukoor informed that the State Government in Minorities Welfare Department has issued G.O.Ms. No. 22, dt. 16-04-2018 amending the qualification prescribed for the posts of Urdu Officers Grade-I and Grade-II at S.S.C./matriculation level,
making eligible all those who have studied their S.S.C. / Matriculation or equivalent with Telugu as one of the languages instead of 2nd language as prescribed earlier in G.O.Ms.44, Min. Welf. (Estt.-II) Dept., dt. 31-12-2017, subject to fulfilling the conditions laid down therein.
