Hyderabad: Advisor to Telangana Government A. K. Khan informed that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao will host the Iftar Dinner at LB Stadium on Friday and distribute Clothes/Ramzan Gift Packets to the orphans at the venue.
He has informed that all necessary arrangements were made for Friday’s Dawat E Iftar and instructions were given to all the concerned officials for making the programme a grand success.
He further informed that over 4.50 lakh Gift packets (each packet contains clothes for three members) were distributed among 800 Mosques in the State and Rs.1 lakh released to each mosque for arranging Iftar Dinner.
For the year 2018-19, Government of Telangana has allocated Rs.30 Crores towards Distribution of Clothes/Ramzan Gift Packets and Iftar. (INN)
