Hyderabad: Energy Minister Jagadish Reddy has claimed that people of Telangana were extremely happy with the performance of TRS Government.
Addressing the Raksha Bandhan celebrations at his official residence in Suryapet on Sunday, the minister said that people of Telangana would be participating in the TRS public meeting being held on September 2 on voluntary basis. He said TRS was the only party which implemented its manifesto 100% in just four years in power.
He said TRS has become a role model and it has also made Telangana a model State in the country by implementing over 100 welfare schemes covering all sections of the society.
He said several new schemes, which were not promised in the manifesto, were also launched for the benefit of people.
Jagadish Reddy said that the public meeting being organised by the TRS would be historic and it would witness unprecedented gathering.
He said nearly 3 lakh people from old Nalgonda district would participate in the meeting. He said elaborate arrangements were being made for the public meeting and if required, buses would be arranged from neighbouring Andhra Pradesh to transport people to the meeting venue.
He also denied of TRS leaders having differences with each other and described those reports as mere speculation by media.
