TRS has no right to seek votes, says Sravan Dasoju

Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Election Campaign Committee Convenor and People’s Front contestant from Khairtabad constituency Dr Sravan Dasoju participated in door-to-door campaign in the areas of Bisthiwada, Sapthamatha Temple, Bolshankar Basthi, Ambedkar Nagar, Thummala Basthi, Anand Nagar Colony, Prem Nagar, Raj Nagar and MS Maktha of Khairatabad Division on Wednesday.

Interacting with the people, Dr. Sravan said that BJP leader Chintala Ramchandra Reddy’s money and TRS contestant Danam Nagender’s muscle power cannot help them to win the elections. He also said in the forthcoming elections criminals and looters would be dethroned and the democracy will prevail.

He said that he joined the politics after getting inspiration from former CLP leader P. Janardhan Reddy. He said Danam and Chintala could not buy people’s love and affection with their money.

Dr. Sravan said that career started from Administrative Staff College of India located in Khairtabad as an Assistant Professor and now it is his fortune to start his political career from the same Khairatabad after 30 years.

Dr. Sravan reminded that KCR had announced that he would not seek votes if all households in the State failed to get tapped water supply.

Since TRS has failed in its promise, it has no moral right to seek votes. He also criticised caretaker Municipal Minister KTR for his failure to implement 100 days strategic road development plan. He alleged that TRS leaders filled their pockets with commissions.

Dr. Sravan also mentioned that TRS leaders were not in a position to tour in villages and hence roaming in cities.

He said that former legislator Chintala Ram Chandra Reddy had failed to setup a single skill development center in his 5 years of time even after having grants from the Union government. Chintala never bothered to take up the issues to the GHMC officials pertaining to roads and drainage system.

He expressed confidence that he would win the election as people consider him as PJR’s successor in the constituency. People’s Front leaders Rohin Reddy, Narikella Naresh and others attended the meeting. (INN)
