Ahead of polls, KTR interacts with Twitterati

Hyderabad: Minister KT Rama Rao was as candid as ever while interacting with netizens using #AskKTR. During the two hours long chat, KTR shared his opinions on politics, parties, politicians and many more.

Minister utilized every opportunity to take on Congress and TDP leaders during the chat. Responding to a tweet, he said that the Kutami leaders from Telangana are spineless.

He called Chandrababu Naidu’s political strategies as ‘Manipulative and Machiavellian’. His campaigning in Telangana will yield no results he said. Replying to a tweet which mentioned that Mr. Naidu has introduced phones, he said, “I am sure he also named Moon after himself.”

In another reply, he said that the 65 years of misrule by Congress & TDP in the Telangana region was the reason behind the demand for statehood. Now they want to bring the same rule back.

He commented on a picture of Rahul Gandhi with Congress leaders using mobile in the background, he said, “Shows their interest in their own leader’s words.” Responding to Congress party advertisements in multiple newspapers, he said “Moneybags funding them big time.”

In a reply to a tweet talking about Uttam Kumar Reddy, he stated that Uttam gets a pink slip after December 11.”

He called Lagadapati’s survey a joke. “His antics didn’t stop Telangana when he was in parliament. His fake surveys won’t do squat,” he added.

Talking about BJP, he stated that the party is a non-entity in Telangana. Four years of BJP rule at the Centre and Modi’s policies have let the nation down, he opined.

When asked about Rachana Reddy and Adithya Marri Reddy’s exit from Telangana Jana Samithi, he said that TJS leaders have finally realized that it is a vicious alliance.

When asked about CM KCR’s role in Parliament elections, he said, “Let’s tackle 7th December first and then plan.”

Talking about the jobs in Telangana, he said, “We have approved 1.09 lakh jobs, issued notifications for 87 thousand and completed recruitment of 38 thousand.”

In his answer to a tweet about pollution, he said the government would relocate all polluting industries outside of the ORR and that existing 3,800 TSRTC buses in the city would be replaced with electrical buses.

When asked about two major achievements of TRS government in last four and a half years, Minister said, “24 hours of power supply to all sectors and fabulous initiatives like Rythu Bandhu & Rythu Bheema for farmers. There are many many more.”

KTR thanked the Twitterati for their support and best wishes and said that he is quite confident of winning the elections.

He appealed to the youth of the state to cast their vote on December 7. (INN)
