Hyderabad: Hyderabad City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar has warned of stern action against those who trying to disturb public order and peace.
“Some people with a vested interest have been spreading rumours and fake news in social media about gathering people at Amberpet.
No unlawful gathering shall be allowed at Amberpet, particularly in and around the area where there was a Law & Order situation on last Sunday. Anyone trying to disturb the peace and tranquillity at Amberpet shall be dealt with severely in accordance with law.
All members of the public are requested to cooperate with police in maintenance of public order and peace,” the Commissioner said in a message on Saturday. (INN)
