Hyderabad: As many as 90 intermediate second year students were booked for malpractice in the Mathematics Paper IIA, Botany II, Civics Paper-II and Psychology Paper – II exams conducted by the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education on Wednesday.
Of 90, as many as 36 are from Adilabad, 10 from Nizamabad, 7 from Nalgonda, 4 from Suryapet, 3 from Khammam, two each from Nirmal, Karimnagar and Jogulamba and one each from Jangaon, Bhadradri, Vikarabad and Mulugu districts.
Of 438,285 registered candidates, a total of 421,460 appeared for the exams while 16,825 or 3.83% abstained. (INN)
