Hyderabad: As many as 54 intermediate second year students were booked for malpractice during the conduct of Mathematics Paper IIB, Zoology Paper-II and History Paper – II by the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education across Telangana State on Friday.
Of 54 cases of malpractice, 27 were booked in Warangal Urban, four in Nirmal, six in Nizamabad, three each in Narayanpet and Mulugu, two in Nagar Kurnool and one each in Peddapalli, Karimnagar, Jangaon, Khammam, Bhadradri, Sangareddy, Nalgonda and Hyderabad districts.
Of 332,303 registered candidates, as many as 321,873 appeared for the exams while 10,430 or 3.13% abstained. (INN)
