Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University’s Athletes will participate in the All India Inter University Best Physique Championship 2021-22 to be held at Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab from 8th to 12th March 2022.
According to Dr. A Kaleemulla, Deputy Director, Directorate of Physical Education and Sports, Mohd Abu Osama and Mohd Farhan students of MSW will represent MANUU and they will leave on March 05 to participate in the competition. The selected athletes have attended the 10 days training/coaching camp under the supervision of Mr. Mohd Mahmood, Fitness Trainer and he will also accompany the team as the coach.
Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice-Chancellor while interacting with the team members said sports men needs to concentrate on fitness and training to perform well and rest leave on God. He handed over the sports kit to the team members and extended his good wishes. Prof. Mohammed Abdul Azeem, Chairman, Sports & Games Committee and Dr. Md. Habeebullah, Assistant Director Sports were also present on the occasion.
