Hyderabad: As many as 754 Haj pilgrims from Telangana State have reached the holy city of Makkah safely by two chartered flights of Saudi Arabian Airlines, announced Telangana State Haj Committee Chairman Mohammed Saleem.
The TSHC Chairman said that all the pilgrims are safe and they have performed Umra. The Haj Committee has sent three Khadim-ul-Hujjaj along with the pilgrims with the instructions to be in touch with the pilgrims and the authorities and provide necessary help and guidance and assistance if the situation demands that.
Saleem informed that a 24×7 Haj Control Room has been set up in the office of the Haj Committee to monitor the situation and provide necessary help to the concerned. Contact Numbers of the Control Room are 040- 2939 0081 and 040 2939 0026.The third batch of pilgrims will leave Hyderabad for Jeddah at 3:55 AM on 24th June. TSHC Executive Officer B. Shafiullah said that elaborate arrangements of their accommodation, food, RT-PCR Text, Immigration, Customs, etc., have been made for the pilgrims. (INN)
