Hyderabad: Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy released the results of Intermediate first and second-year examinations at the office of Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) at Nampally on Tuesday.
The minister disclosed that the overall pass percentage of inter-first and second years was 61.68%. The girls’ pass percentage is 68.68% and the boys’ pass percentage is 54.66%.
The minister stated that advanced supplementary examinations will be conducted from June 4 for the students who have failed the examinations. He said that they have provided an opportunity for recounting and re-verification. The fee details and timetable for Advanced Supplementary Examinations will be announced soon.However, Sabitha Indra Reddy suggested that the failed students should not be sad and study hard to get in. The students were advised not to get into any kind of rage and should write the exams again and pass. Parents should stand by the students and instil courage in them. (INN)
