Hyderabad: About 86.80% of students cleared the SSC examinations 2023 results of which were released by the Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy on Wednesday afternoon. Predictably, 88.53% of girls cleared the examination whereas boys registered an 84.68 pass percentage.
Nirmal district stood top with 99 pass percentage whereas Vikarabad district stood last with 59.46 pass per cent. As many as 2,793 schools recorded cent per cent results and 25 schools recorded zero per cent results in the state.
Private students registered a cumulative pass percentage of 44.51% of which boys stood at 43.06% and girls registered at 47.73%. Director of the School Education Department Sri Devasena and senior officers of the SSC Board participated in this program.
Nearly 4.4 lakh regular students appeared for the SSC examinations conducted from April 3 to 13 this year. (INN)
