Hyderabad: Special Principal Secretary of the Municipal Administration Department Arvind Kumar received the Green Apple Awards in London on behalf of the state government. Moazzam Jahi Market, Secretariat, Durgam Cheruvu Cable Bridge, Police Command Control Center and Yadagirigutta Temple received Green Apple awards. The awards were received in the International Beautiful Buildings category.This is the first time that productions in the country are going to receive these prestigious awards, and it is another honour for Telangana to receive awards in five categories. Many are happy that these awards reflect the design and architectural talent of the buildings here. The state has already bagged world-class awards like the World Green City Award (2022), Tree City of the World Award (2021), and Living, Inclusion Award-Smart City Expo World Congress (2021). (INN)
