Telangana Minister K Tarakarama Rao has responded to the incident and assured assistance to Varun and his family. He said that the state government will work with the Indian Embassy in America and Telangana NRI friends to provide Varun with the necessary medical care and support.
KTR’s team is also in touch with Varun’s family members and will be providing them with the necessary help.Police have arrested the attacker, Jordan Andrade, and a case has been booked against him. The reasons behind the attack are still being investigated. (INN)
