57 candidates file nominations on Day 2

Hyderabad: A total of 57 candidates submitted their nomination papers on the second day of the Lok Sabha election filing process in Telangana on Friday. This brings the cumulative number of candidates who have filed nominations to 98.

Six candidates each filed their nominations from Nizamabad and Secunderabad, while five candidates each submitted their papers from Malkajgiri, Mahabubnagar, and Bhongir. Additionally, four candidates each filed their nominations from Medak and Nalgonda. Moreover, three candidates each submitted their nomination papers from Peddapalle, Zahirabad, Chevella, and Warangal.

Furthermore, two candidates filed their papers for the Hyderabad seat, with one nomination received from each of the Adilabad, Karimnagar, Nagarkurnool, and Khammam Lok Sabha seats. (INN)
