PSF Conducts Mega Recruitment Drive

Professionals Solidarity Forum (PSF), a Hyderabad based not-for-profit association, conducted a mega recruitment drive for unemployed youth in the city on Saturday.

The drive, which was meant to hire recently passed out graduates a.k.a. freshers, took place at Integral Foundation School in Tolichowki area.

Speaking on the sidelines of the drive, PSF volunteer Mohammed Khaleel Ahmed said the drive was organized to recruit freshers for a call center process of India’s financial services client.

“We have collaborated with the client this time. In these kind of drives we help students polish their interview skills before facing the client,” said Ahmed, who works with a corporate company as a Senior Team Lead.

PSF president Abdul Jabbar said that they wanted to help out unemployed youth to find jobs in a highly competitive IT market.

“PSF has been taking various initiatives to improve soft skills of students and freshers. This drive makes them aware of their core areas, and face client interviews comfortably,” the IITian said.

“Last week we conducted a mock interview drive in MJ College [Sultan-ul-Uloom] for engineering graduates. We have planned a number of such drives for future.
