CM lays foundation stone for Siddipet, Siricilla collectorates

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on Wednesday laid foundation stone for the construction of Integrated District Office Complex and Police Commissionarate Head Quarters at Duddeda village in Kondapaka Mandal in Siddipet district.

Irrigation Minister T. Harish Rao, MPs Vinod Kumar and Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, Deputy Speaker Padma Devender Reddy, MLAs R. Balakishan and Ramalinga Reddy and other leaders and senior officials were present on the occasion.

Addressing a public meeting later, KCR said except West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh, all other States have created new districts to provide better administration and services to the people.

He said Telangana Government also created 21 new districts to serve the people in a better manner. He said it was a courageous decision and no other Chief Minister in the country took such a decision in the past.

KCR also listed out various schemes being implemented by his government and his special plans for development of Siddipet district.

Later, KCR also laid the foundation stone for the Medical College in Ensanpally village also inspected the construction works on double bedroom houses in Siddipet.

He also laid the foundation stone for the integrated District office complex in Siricilla. Finance Minister Etela Rajender, Energy Minister Jagadish Reddy, Chief Secretary S.P. Singh and other dignitaries were also present. (INN)
