KTR ridicules Uttam’s promise of allowance to jobless youth

Hyderabad: IT Minister K. Tarakarama Rao has ridiculed the promise being made by TPCC President Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy of giving a monthly allowance of Rs. 3,000 to each jobless youth in the State.

Addressing the TRS party workers at Telangana Bhavan on Wednesday, KTR said that the promise being made by the Congress chief was not practical.

He said Uttam Kumar Reddy was not even aware of the total number of unemployed youth in Telangana State. He said that the Congress leaders were making empty promises to lure youth and win the next elections.

KTR also slammed the Congress party for its promise for waiving off crop loans up to Rs. 2 lakh. However, he said people were not willing to trust the Congress party.

Without naming Uttam Kumar Reddy, KTR said that the TPCC Chief was trying to become ‘Gabbar Singh’ by growing his beard. But, not every person with a beard can become ‘Gabbar Singh’.

He said TRS Government has fulfilled all its promises and therefore, it would win the next elections in a comfortable manner.

Earlier, KTR welcomed leaders and activists of Congress party who joined the TRS. (INN)
