NET Coaching begins at MANUU

Hyderabad: The UGC-NET Coaching Centre at Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has started coaching for the NET/JRF examination. Around 100 students have enrolled for the coaching.

Prof. Ayub Khan, Pro Vice Chancellor, MANUU inaugurated the coaching classes as the Chief Guest. While addressing, he explained about various opportunities and challenges in the field of higher education.

Prof. Ayub comprehended the infrastructure and expertise available at MANUU and advised the students to make use of this facilities and work hard to achieve their goals. He appreciated the faculty and research scholars for offering their services on voluntary basis for the benefit of the students.

According to Dr. Syed Najiullah, Coordinator, UGC NET Coaching Centre, this year the Centre is conducting coaching on voluntary basis as the funds from the funding agency are not available. So far 48 students have cleared NET/JRF exam from this centre. The Centre is providing coaching for the NET aspirants from the year 2005.

Dr. H. Aleem, Basha, Head, Dept. of Physic & Director in-charge, CSE Coaching Academy spoke about various programmes run by the CSE Academy and exhorted the students to make sincere efforts to excel in their selected field.

Dr. Maqbool Ahamed, Head, Department of Botany and Coordinator, UGS Scheme for Entry into State Services assured the students of providing best coaching for NET Exam. Dr. Syed Najiullah in his welcome address briefed the activities & facilities of the centre. Mr. Shakeel Ahamed, Research scholar proposed vote of thanks.
