KTR interacted with Twitterati using #AskKTR

Hyderabad: TRS Working President KTR was all candid and witty with his responses while interacting with netizens in #AskKTR session. During the two hours long chat, KTR shared his thoughts on national politics and parties and also spoke about the future plans for the development of the state.

During the session, KTR utilized every opportunity to take on opposition parties. In one of the tweet replies, KTR said, “Previous NDA government did major injustice on the high-speed rail connectivity network front. Hopefully, that can be corrected by the next Government of India.”

Replying to a flood of tweets about the ongoing intermediate results issue, KTR said, “I was as agonized as anyone else in our state. What happened was truly unfortunate. Now that the committee appointed by the Telangana Government has submitted its report, action should be taken.”

In another tweet which talked about the same issue, KTR said, “What happened is tragic and those that are responsible should be punished. I am a parent too and I can understand the pain of those who have lost their children.”

When a twitter user asked about skyway from Secunderabad Cantonment to Shamirpet, he said, “As and when we get the cantonment land that’s required for the skyway.”

Replying to a tweet which asked him to contest in Andhra Pradesh in next election, he replied, “Thanks but 2024 is too far away.” When a similar request was made by another fan from Tamil Nadu, KTR stated that Tamil Nadu has too many leaders.

When asked who would be the next CM of Andhra Pradesh, KTR wittily said, “One of the MLAs from AP I think.”

Replying to a tweet which talked about Jawahar Nagar dumping yard, KTR replied, “Capping is being done now and then some more work to be done with the legacy dump.”

When asked about setting up of turmeric board in Nizamabad, he stated that TRS shall strive for the turmeric board with hopefully a friendlier new dispensation soon in Delhi.

Responding to a question about parliament election results, KTR said, “I believe we will win 16 Lok Sabha seats.”

Commenting on corruption in municipal offices, he said, “We are going to make a sincere attempt by way of the new municipal act.”

Talking about resolving water issues in South Telangana, KTR said, “Palamuru lift irrigation project is a top priority. It will help irrigate parched areas of Mahbubnagar, Ranga Reddy and parts of Nalgonda.”

Replying to a tweet about the development plans for the coming five years, KTR said, “Complete the irrigation projects, improve health and education standards and infrastructure, improve urban and rural infrastructure.”
