Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao conducted a review meeting with the Ministers and higher officials of R & B and Panchayat Raj departments in Pragathi Bhavan on Thursday.
He discussed various issues related to damaged roads, repair works and decentralization of responsibilities. He instructed the officials to take up the road laying works with higher quality. Similarly, he also asked them to prepare a report on employment in the R&B department.He instructed the officials to take up the repair work immediately and on time. He said that the department must focus on the interior roads and roads in the remote areas of the state. He said that repairing the roads in time would prevent road accidents and save lives. (INN)
