Ministers launch state’s first KG to PG education hub

Hyderabad: IT Minister KTR along with Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy inaugurated the KG to PG campus built at Gambhiraopet of Siricilla district as part of Mana Ooru-Mana Badi. Later, both leaders visited various departments and the digital library was set up with the state of the art facilities.

As part of Mana Ooru- Mana Badi, the first KG to PG campus in the state was established in Gambhiraopet. A modern complex has been built in Gambhiraopet with the special initiative of Minister KTR and the cooperation of corporate institutions. It has been built with the help of Raheja Corp Foundation, Mindspace, Yashoda Hospital, MRF, Devi’s Lab and GreenCo with all the facilities at a cost of Rs. 3 crores.In total 70 classrooms with a capacity of 3500 people were completed with modern equipment to study in Telugu, English and Urdu medium. The Anganwadi centre is also built suitable for 250 children. The complex encompasses Pre-primary, sports grounds for children, primary, high school, junior college, Degree College and PG College. Apart from that, a digital library, a computer lab, a skill development centre and a dining hall with a capacity of 1000 people are also included. (INN)
