Dates for CETs announced for the ensuing academic year

Hyderabad: The State Government on Tuesday announced the dates for the conduct of various common entrance examinations for admission into various professional courses.

Education Minister P. Sabitha Indra Reddy conducted a meeting with the Education Secretary Vakati Karuna, Telangana State Council of Higher Education Chairman Prof Limbadri and Vice Chairman V Venkataramana to discuss the conduct of the Common Entrance Tests including EAMCET, ECET, LAWCET, PGCET, ICET, EDCET and PGECET. She directed the officials to make necessary arrangements for the smooth conduct of the examinations.

As per the schedule, the EAMCET Engineering exams would be conducted from May 7 to 11 and the Agriculture-Pharmacy exams from May 12 to 14, 2023. EDCET would be held on May 18, ECET on May 20, LAWCET (LLB) on May 20, PGL CET (LLM) on May 20, PGICET from May 26 to 27, and PGECET from May 29 to June 1.The minister said that that the names of concerned CET conveners would be announced in due course along with the detailed notification giving details of the registration fee and other details. (INN)
