Hyderabad: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has announced changes to the schedule for the Telangana EAMCET Engineering Special Counseling. The changes come after four new colleges were sanctioned in the state and new courses were introduced.
As per the new schedule, from August 17 to 22, engineering web options have been provided. A special batch of engineering seats will be allotted on August 26. From August 27 to 29, students will have an opportunity to join colleges.
Guidelines for spot admissions will be released on August 26. As many as 19,049 seats are available across the state. There are more than 4,000 vacant seats for computer courses. More than 3,000 seats are left in CSE itself. 2505 seats are available in Civil Engineering, 2721 in ECE, 2630 in EEE, 1785 in IT and 2542 in Mechanical. (INN)
