Hyderabad: The Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TS EDCET—2024) was successfully conducted on Thursday, with an impressive turnout of 87 per cent of registered candidates.
TS EDCET Convener Prof Aaluvala Ravi informed that the examination was held online through a computer-based system.
Out of the 33,879 applicants, 29,463 students attended the test. The examination was conducted in two sessions: the first session, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., saw 14,633 participants out of 16,929 registered candidates, and the second session, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., saw 14,830 participants out of 16,950 registered candidates.The examinations took place across 79 centres throughout the state, ensuring a smooth and organized testing process for all candidates.
