What is Neuro Linguistic Programming?
NLP is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy. It encompasses three vital components involved in producing human experience. NLP is a method of influencing brain behavior through language.
According to inventor of the NLP method Dr. Richard Bandler, it is “a system of alternative therapy based on this which seeks to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication, and to change their patterns of mental and emotional behavior.”
