KCR meets Governor

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Sunday met Governor ESL Narsimhan and discussed various issues and developments in the state.

The Chief Minister demanded the Governor to handover five blocks in Secretariat allotted to AP to TS to enable it to build a new Secretariat building.

He is said to have handed over a copy of Cabinet resolution to the governor in this regard.

KCR is said to have asked the Governor to allocate top officials like the HoDs of AP secretariat, Legislative Assembly, Legislative Council to Telangana.

The CM is said to have assured the Governor that the TS government would allot 1 lakh square feet of space for Government of AP for its needs.

The Governor is said to have assured the TS Chief Minister that he would discusses these issues with the AP Chief Minister and would act accordingly.

Sources said that the Chief Minister also discussed the about his government’s decision to construct a new CM camp office and Secretariat. (INN)
